Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email us at info@youniforma.com with your order number and reason for return.
Important notes
Items must be free of stains, odors, and signs of wear.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@youniforma.com with photos of the issue.
We will prioritize a fast and fair resolution.
